As a working mother and wife, I am always busy and usually way up early feeling tired but I set my mood right by listening to nice jams. Some of my recent favorites are: “Fill Me Up” by Tasha Cobbs and “Way Maker” by Sinach. They work for me.

Be sure to sleep sufficiently through the night, this will help you feel refreshed and happy all day. When you don’t get sufficient sleep, waking up exhausted is inevitable. Most times, when this occurs you get easily angry and little things blow your emotions up.
When you feel sleepy all day, all you keep on visualizing is how you will get your sleep back. This keeps you un-interested in anything except sleep, and this could be so frustrating and annoying.
From research, good sleep helps one improve concentration level. All-round stress is a byproduct of insufficient sleep. This insufficient sleep also results in memory strain. So one major step to start your day happy with is ensuring you get sufficient sleep at night.

Eat healthy meals for breakfast. As you start up your day, avoid staying hungry. Even if you want to skip meals it shouldn’t be your breakfast as this particular meal is very important. Please pamper your body.
