If there are things you are not proud of about yourself, make efforts to change them. I used to be very fearful and assumed that somehow the worse things would happen to me or those I love. I didn’t like this part of me. In times when I was supposed to be happy, I used to feel worried and sad.

But When I discovered that this bad habit was eating me up and stealing my joy and peace away from me, I started to work on it by always telling myself everything is fine whenever the feeling of fear came and through much work on myself, I am a better and happier person today and I love myself more now.

There are many positive habits for a better lifestyle and healthier living, you should try to adopt them. Every habit you admire in people, that you feel will add value to you, you should try to adopt for yourself while you drop the bad ones that are of no value to you.
